    Our online seminars are hosted on  Google Meet, providing an interactive and accessible learning experience. Your  Meeting ID and password  will be sent to you  7 days before the seminar, as outlined in the itinerary.


    Learner Agreement & Cancellations

    By booking with Imperial Swimming Teachers, you’re agreeing to attend your sessions, complete the required course work, and follow our code of conduct.


    We understand life can change, so our cancellation policy is designed to be fair:

        •    14-day cooling-off period: Cancel within 14 days of booking (and before your course begins) for a full refund.

        •    After 14 days: Refunds or transfers depend on how close it is to your course start date — more than 28 days = full refund or transfer, 15–28 days = 75% refund, less than 14 days = 50% refund.

        •    If your course has already started, refunds are calculated based on how much you’ve attended.

        •    If we ever have to cancel (e.g. low enrolment or venue issues), you’ll always be offered a full refund or the chance to transfer to another course.
